Because by all indications it seems like the PS4 is taking January with at least around 40k+. Or am I missing something here.... whats their end game? Lose all the months again then win two or three months at the end of the year and call that momentum?

I commented on that earlier and find it odd.

I mean best buy has the same console with TWO games. Something like that should be draining all the Amazon sales.

And yes that is probably their plan. Lose (to ps4 or switch) until the Scorpio pops. Win that month due to pre orders (and maybe the next with price drops) and call it a day.

They can spend the rest of the time coming up with really clever PR.

Gamestop is also offering the 1TB XB1 with 4 games.

I doubt thats their plan. As a company they want to sell as much consoles as possible while making a profit but its only January so theres not much they can do.
