Russian economy is now 6th by PPP, and that is with 14% debt to GPD ratio. This combination is - if we talk about economics - just an overkill compared to Western economies. And, in opposition to all rest of the word, their debt is decreasing, comrade. Last year it decreased by 17%

Of course they have problems now with inflation,sanctions,low oil prices, budget deficit etc - but every country has its economic problems right now, and Russian economy is expected to growth this year.
