That was the coup. Protest created for pushing agendas have to transform in political organization, if not they will die naturally.

Listen, people in ur country can elect a man who you are hatin all day'nin, u can protest next to Pres office 24/7 and that will change nothing. It's counterproductive.

 

Doesn't matter. Protests bring attention to causes that otherwise would be ignored. Womens Sufferage, Civil Rights came through protests. Protests stirs the emotions that do end up in law. I think you don't think it works because you haven't been alive long enough to see it happen. The real issue is that from protests to law is usually a process that could take decades. Very few movements keep the momentum it needs.
