thats what i was getting at, holding your hands under cold water for 5 seconds then wiping them on your pants isnt washing your hands and thats mostly what i see people do in public restrooms.
if people dont wash their hands adequately in public and in front of others than they sure as hell don't at home where nobody is watching.
