Indeed. As others wrote, HW shouldn't be a problem to run mods, although those that enhance very much graphics won't probably run at the highest possible settings, and while there won't be any problem at all with official mods, the only problem could be console policies to add unofficial mods after purchase, but if Ninty policies aren't too restrictive or if Bethesda is willing to manage the legal side with Ninty, checking and providing users mods through its official channels, then there should be no problem. I guess anyway that adding mods from unofficial channels won't be as easy as on PC, if it will even be possible.
