As great as an OLED screen is, I'm not sure the extra cost is really worth it on a screen that size. We're definitely right on the cusp of OLED becoming more common (if not the standard), though, so something like what the Vita originally had (before dropping it for price cuts) might have worked.
I seriously considered getting an OLED big screen recently, but just couldn't justify the additional cost. It looks great and is so light but tends to burn out after a few years.
