It's an actual game you pay for. It's developed by Obsidian, to give you some idea, and a sequel is being teased at the moment. It seems to be 42€ on Steam right now, so you might want to wait for a sale before grabbing it. Personally I think it's worth the price, but you might want to wait if you're not sure about it. It's a great game but definitely not for everyone.
