No matter how you look at it, it is completely irrelevant because the PS4 and XB1 are currently in the market.
Sure the Scorpio can outsell the Pro. There is a very real possibility too. It remains irrelevant because the Scorpio and Pro are premium versions of Microsoft and Sony's current gen consoles. Nothing can be exclusive. Anything that runs on the Scorpio has to be able to run on the XB1. Same with the Pro and PS4. Why is this important? If the Scorpio manages to outsell the Pro, it is still an XB1 console and will simply add to the total just like the Pro for the PS4. So unless the Scorpio magically sells 30 million consoles, it is not outselling the PS4. Want to separate the base consoles and compare them on their own? Go for it. Congratulations Scorpio, you outsold the Pro. Now outsell the PS4. The Scorpio, whether, or not it beats the Pro, does nothing to break the cycle. A cycle broken by the PS4
