The only thing you had to pay for in TTT2, were things that had 0 effect on gameplay. No costume parts, no characters nor stages cost anyone an extra penny. You got to buy vintage intros, and endings from the previous games (which can be watched on youtube for free) and purchase previous game music (which was properly looped by the games code) but, seeing as how Tekken Tunes allowed you to use custom tracks, you could simply rip the music from youtube and use that for free if you wanted.
Tekken 6, had no paid DLC of any kind.
