Are you saying that the lowest income people are stupid enough to share needles? Also, I didn't know that Planned Parenthood in the US is responsible for drug usage control.

And you don't need to be a shining beacon of light to have protected sex - it's common sense.

You act like people didn't do it before. Sharing needles is a major way on how it spread in the late 80s and early 90s. You didn't even bother to read it did you? The state had to pay for needle exchange programs to help stem the outbreak. You have never visited the less fortunate have you? Addiction is a serious thing and it makes things that are common sense seem ok to do.
