Freaking Arzest? With no supervision? Why, man!?
These are all pretty raw deals, but I'd have to go with FFXIII. Final Fantasy is at least a very popular IP which has some history on Nintendo systems. The XIII name is a bit of a drawback, but I would have the option to toss my finest developers at it, and freedom to mess with the formula as I please.
