First of all, it's incredibly naive to behave as though Konami is the only company that tries to influence reviewers. People condemning Konami probably need to leave the gaming industry altogether if they're morals are so sensitive.

Secondly, and more importantly, MGS is a game that will be utterly ruined by spoilers. Konami will have given out a very long list of things not to put in the review because it will frankly ruin people's enjoyment as much as it will their sales. All these things will be perfectly legitimate things to ask to be left out. If you don't mind having a game ruined for you before you've played it, that's your rather odd decision. Most people do.

The issue of the install and the length of cutscenes on the other hand is so well known that I cannot entertain for a second the idea that it was those things that prompted EGM to withhold their review for a month. Some people are being so melodramatic.

I second this

I hope my 360 doesn't RRoD
