When I preordered the Switch at GameStop and the cashier told me that it would be $80 to add a pack of two extra joy-cons, I admit that I felt it was too expensive (I still bought them). Since then, however, I've decided that the price is fair. At first, I was viewing them as needing both to have a 'complete' controller, but it's really $80 for two, and they're pretty cool.
However, I think the extra joy-con grip is $10 too expensive - I think $19.99 would have been more fair. Same with the Pro Controller: even with the tech, $69.99 is a bit steep for a traditional-style controller; $59.99 would have been more reasonable.
Still, I'll be buying a Pro Controller as well when I get the chance.
