Square Enix is actually one of the best third party supporters of the Switch right now, lol.
They're releasing Dragon Quest Heroes I & II as a pack-in with added content, instead of trying to sell them seperatly. They're also releasing Dragon Quest X and Dragon Quest XI. And they're bringing a promising new IP with Project Octopath Traveler. I am Setsuna and Spelunker World are apparently also published by Square.
