I think that allowed them to have more time to do other things. They probably just need to finish making the game + implement the portable part into it. Can't really comment on this...... cause I dont even know what part of Nintendo makes what games. And I feel like after Splatoon, Nintendo saw or realize something. And how I think they are trying to re create that magic in Arms. - Colourful Visuals - Heavily focused on multiplayer - The characters have 1 thing in common (Splatoon = Squids + Kids / Arms = Extendable Arms + Robots/humans) - Interesting controls (Splatoon = Gyroscope / Arms = Motion controls ) Both can also use a normal controller. But we'll see if that magic strikes again. Splatoon is a shooter genre while Arms is Fighting...... One is definitely more popular than the other. |
I actually don't think Arms is a response to Splatoon. I think this has been in the oven for a while.
