Maybe read the OP before replying.

He/she said they preferred JP voice acting, and was dissapointed it wasn't included. And is the same for other repliers, again import it if people are that bothered. 

The audio tracks are included on all the gamecards of BOTW. But you cannot choose them ingame. You have to set the language of your OS to japanese if you want Jap VO, but text will also be in Kanji. Meaning: English Text and Jap VO is not possible.

So, importing them will have the same issue as being bought at home.
