What they have done is PR.

Advertisement does not come until much closer to release. It does confuse me how people think that companies pay rivers of money to advertise a product that people can't buy yet. Advertisement ALWAYS comes when the product is about to launch or has launched. It's a waste of money otherwise.

All you got for now is PR communication with interviews and events to spurt your interest and pre-orders. You are not the target of advertisment if you have already pre-ordered.
