But that's exactly why it's really annoying buying new games from them :/

I guess this is the reason why we see games like Mario, Pokemon, or Zelda getting to the top 1 stop the week they launch, and dissapearing after that. And games like Uncharted 4, GTAV or Call of Duty, come back to the top spots after a lot of weeks have passed since launch.

Well, Pokemon does stay in the top charts for quite a bit longer, but yes, it's more surprising to see Nintendo games like Mario Kart 7 or Animal Crossing pop back into the charts randomly
