That cant happend if your HDD is hooked up to the dock, and the game is on the HDD.

You would just need to select which titles you can take on the go and which you can play at home with the dock.
A simple data management app can do it.

Yes lets complicate the entire concept of the console, and have people need to tick off box's that ll allow games to be "on the go" as well, depending on where they installed them.

Consumers are smart... I mean I cant imagine some idoits out there messing up something so simple, and then going on rants on the internet about how the hybrid concept of the switch doesnt really work ect ect.  /s

 

Honestly its easier for nintendo to just draw a line in the sand, and go this isnt what we intended for our product.
