Just more analyst-speak. Next Generation reports that IDC research analyst Billy Pidgeon says that the Wii's runaway success could backfire if Nintendo is unable to satisfy consumer demand.

PS -- I was in a Wal-Mart day of Wii Fit release and saw half a dozen or so units for sale on a display.
PPS -- Has Nintendo put out any PR on its WiiFit sales? Otherwise it will be difficult to track since NPD has said it will not track it as software.
