Well... apart from DBZ you only bought cookie cutter AAA games. Of course you're gonna get bored with those. They are yearly or in accordance with the popular status quo (aka open worlds+FPS).
Try looking for different things. They are there (doesnt even have to be indies), you just aren't looking.
Gimmicks aren't the answer. They entertain you for an hour and then your are bored and thinking what you did with your money. What we need is variety.
