Now, I think the announcements we got in the fire emblem direct makes this prediction more likely IMO. The 3ds getting another full-fledged fire emblem was surprising to me. Also fire emblem switch was comfired for 2018. I think Pokemon is likely to follow Fire Emblem's footsteps and have a final 3ds game for fall 2017 before Pokemon Switch hits in 2018. Post your take on this.
