Well, Halo 3 LTD is through Dec 07 whereas GTA IV LTD is through May 08. Still, Halo 3 hasn't been in the Top 40 much in 2008, and when it has re-entered hasn't charted particularly high. GTA IV will certainly be ahead through June. I think COD 4 will eventually end up overtaking Halo 3 too if it hasn't already.
