Nothing's confirmed either way, and I really don't care either way. Achievements are the most useless gaming-related invention of the last two decades, and when I read through a list of them reading the kind of mundane tasks you have to do for most of them, it's like they're designed to make a game as tedious and frustrating as possible. I really don't see how anyone would have fun with that.
