but how are the complaints logical? this is exactly what I'm saying, it's not what you want but that doesn't mean that it should cost less. If they don't like the system and they have an opinion about the system and how the money should have been invested by nintendo to make the system, then I can respect that.

Because worth is not measured by cost. The $299 price may very well be justified by the cost of manufacturing and engineering the product, but if its features do not appeal to the audience- hence hold no value to them- then its not worth it. Again, a matter of opinions.
