Yes they have, wether you think is worth or not at that price is up to you but this thing is more powerful than the WiiU, was Wiiu not worth of the homeconsole title or something? If you are really looking for a Nintendo homeconsole then you have a machine 3 times more powerful than Wiiu with a unified library for almost the same price that WiiU has right now, is really not worth it? The console that will have future Mario, Pokemon, AC, Monster Hunter, Zelda, Pikmin, Splatoon, Metroid, Smash, etc etc is not worth for a homeconsole only Nintendo fan just because is 300$ and not high end tech? I'm not sure about that.

While not everything is confirmed, 3x more powerful than Wii U is no way accurate from what is out there. it seems like you took Tegra X1 specs (1TFLOP at 1GHz) and applied it to switch, but you forget to factor in clock speed differences reported by Digital foudry. Going solely by FLOPS which you seem to imply, tegra x1 theoretically is 2x more powerful than Wii U in switch docked mode clock speed of 768MHz and actually slower than Wii U in UNDOCKED mode. People always hype up power of Nintendo consoles but they always underwhelm to be completely frank.

Is an estimation, numbers says the console is around 2 -2.5 but since it has a way more modern architechture is probsably closer to x3
