But all that aside the real problem will be games. Other developers aren't interested in Nintendo hardware anymore. Nintendo make great game but they cater to all age and most of their game won't appeal to me. The Nintendo switch will suffer long drought in game software and lack of diversity. |
Maybe because of this, they are selling the Switch at a high profit, because in the long run they know they wont get royalties from software since it wont get many games developed for it as the competition... So they would still get their gain with or without selling software... If this is the reason of the premium price, then its mediocre thinking from their part.
