Can you play co-op mario kart with just one joy-con? I didn't actually watch that part of the conference.  Is it like Mario Kart wii? I hated mario kart with the wii remote.

you can play MK8 with a left or right joy con, joy con, pro or with a steering wheel like the wheel on Wii
