Although both the Wii and the Wii U had no die shrinks, isn't that so? I don't think Nintendo consoles ever did die shrinks, to be fair, except probably for the new SNES model. One would expect the New 3DS to be so as well, but it had a larger battery and a shorter life, so yeah, I don't think there was one here, even accounting for the extra juice of the new version.

I think the Wii technically did when we got the Wii mini.

Do we count the NES mini (emulation)?
