Comparing to pc is probably not going to give an accurate comparison. It's likely much higher pc cpu performance, dedicated video memory, higher memory bandwidth and even if you allow for better optimisation of the Switch version there are just too many variables.
I think Switch portable performance is fine but docked performance so far looks lower than my expectations of what the hardware should be capable of. We don't know the full spec perhaps docked performance has been compromised some how by a design choice/cost cutting.
I was hoping that 720p 30 fps games would be 1080p anti-aliased 30 fps games docked but it doesn't even look close to achieving that despite the huge increase in flops in docked mode. As someone who would mainly use the Switch in docked mode its quite negative but really lack of software and pricing are the huge issues for me.
It really does look like the Switch is going to struggle to go much past wii u performance. However that said there is at least a 2x boost in cpu performance which puts it up in 360/ps3 territory for cpu performance where as in this area the wii u was seriously lacking.
