If thats true, this would be incredbile bad. Want to play switch plugged in with USBC but my Joycon runs out so cant play it as a portable WTF

I thought I read about it, but I might remember wrong then. It doesnt say how to charge the JoyCons on Nintendos official site... 

This is just a complete mess.
