Regardless give it time. If things don't work out by E3 and you still don't like it, then by all means. Complain.

First impressions matter, just ask XB1. MS did a piss poor job of revealing the XB1, got a huge back lash that they  haven't been able to shake off, even though they've made great efforts to address the publics concerns. They're still a distant second in the console race; they probably always would have ended up in second place this time around, but not bysuch a huge margin. Nintendo have left a lot unsaid, leaving US, the public, to fill in the gaps, and that'äs not a good thing, that leads to speculation, which leads opinions being form, which will cement a certain view of the Switch that will be hard to shake off down the road.

I can understand your concerned. However the Switch is nearly sold out everywhere with it's pre-orders. I don't think Nintendo left a bad impression for the masses! Nintendo fans on the internet are bitching while everyone else line up and drop the stack of cash en masses. Nintendo is obviously doing something right. Microsoft really messed up with the Xbox One in a sense that isn't even comparable.


I think you are correct that Nintendo left a lot unsaid and have you ever stopped to wonder why? Perhaps that they were showing everything that comes in the box when you buy the console on day one. Maybe later they will reveal additional features that will cost money like the online service. Ever wondered why we saw so few games when all these games are coming out this year?


Again... you're assuming things that you know literally nothing about. Or maybe the Switch won't be the platform of choice for you, but for a lot of people I will assume it will be.
