Yep.  They are going to play in the MLS team LA Galaxy's stadium for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.  That stadium only holds 27,000 right now.  They are going to expand it to around 30,000.  The stadium they played at in San Diego held over 70,000.  The next smallest stadium is Oakland at 56,000.

Starting in 2019, they are going to share the Rams new staduim.
