Arms is intended to be more substantial as a game with more tactics to the fights and more nuanced controls and actual personality and production value. In the demo it certainly seemed more tactical and substantial than any Wii Sports game. Also, ARMS has a traditional control option so the motion controls are optional. How much substance it will have is in question. Personally, I am hoping for a healthy roster and a zany singleplayer. |
Yea, ARMS looks to be the next Splatoon; Perhaps Nintendo gaining a large e-sports presence could be done with the Switch.
