Yeah, I was disappointed at the video, it hardly attempted to show multiple viewing angles including head-on.
Likewise it couldn't even give basic eyeball analysis of screen type e.g. IPS, or assessment of color gamut etc.
Alot of that is hard to assess directly thru video, especially with the lazy approach taken.
When the video advertises "screen is awesome!" but can't do basics to substantiate that it's kind of a waste.

From what I see it's an IPS and that makes sense for a mobile device. VA has much better contrasts, but is still lacking in viewing angles (Samsung afaik proclaimed they solved that with their 2017 TV line-up, let's see about that).

In dark lighting situations and with brightly colored content pretty much every display made after 2010 looks "good".
