I'm in at launch for BoTW, but when at Gamestop I said no way am I ever spending $70 for a pro-controller! That was before I read up on all of this technology they put into it and hearing people state that Splatoon 2 controlled better on the new pro-controller than it did with the Gamepad.
I know Nintendo has a history of being cheap to reduce costs, but for what it does they really put alot in the box for $299. I just think people have to stop judging it comparative only to stationary consoles and more to other devices that you can take on the go.
