Switch will not replace the 3DS. It's just not that portable. I guarantee you everyone will still be carrying their 3DSes around at conventions and on train rides.

Of Course it is, 3DS 6-7 years old and it will be on market this year more, Switch will be seen like replace of Wii U and 3DS in any case, only difference is that Wii U is dead for some time now while 3DS still isnt.
