You already have two controllers bundled with the console, which already saves you the bother of buying another one. Consoles usually come with just one controller. If you have a friend who'll buy a Switch too (which is my case), we already have 4 controllers to play MK with our friends. We don't have to spend an extra euro for that, which was the case with all the consoles before Switch. But I was merely talking about games. I'll gadly take any recommendation of great PS4 couch games to play. I really couldn't find a single one. We're tired of this trend. Games which could easily have that option (Titanfall, Overwatch...) don't have that option because of reasons.

I agree that it is a shame that local co-op is slowly disappearing; it's how I game almost 50% of the time, together with my wife - it's great! I love it. But that doesn't excuse Nintendo's pricing of their products. Me and my wife won't be buying two Switch's, and if we had kids we wanted to play with, we'd have to buy more than just one more controller for all of us to play together. A Wii U pro controller is $50, and a wiimote and nunchuck together is $60 - so why is Switch's extra controllers so much more expansive?

I agree the products are overpriced, but only by about $10 relative to the competition. Xbox One and PS4 controllers lauched at $60, $10 less than the Switch Pro. And the $80 Joy-Con bundle is two controllers in one package, so it's $40 per Joy-Con, which is pretty close to what the original Wii Remote cost if I'm remembering correctly.

Again, I agree they're overpriced. But I think if Nintendo dropped everything by a measly $10 a lot of the rage would subside.
