How many games do you buy at launch of any console?

Well it makes sense in that people want to play the games they want as soon as possible. It`s the same reason people get annoyed when games are delayed, and considering what was shown of the Switch initially and the rumours around it I don`t think it was unreasonable to hope that Mario Odyssey, MK8, Splatoon and perhaps even Pokemon Stars (if it exists) would be launch games. So thinking about it that way it makes sense that people would be annoyed that those games aren`t available at launch.

If people fall for rumours, they're to blame themselves, not Nintendo. Listen to official statements and you're safe. Easy as that.

I wonder about the launches of the other two consoles: did people really expect Sony and MS to release all of their franchises at the same time? I don't think so.
