I know that, as a result of it being portable, it actually will do somewhat well with respect to Japanese releases. It just so happens that these games are what I care about, so I can rest easy.
Marvelous already announced a Bokujo Monogatari game for it, after all. And, when it does succeed, a Rune Factory shouldn't be far behind.
