Which is why Nintendo needs to be pressured into lowering it to that price. It's not like doing so would cost them a fortune, right?

They took a big hit on the 3DS getting it from $250 to $180 within 12 months of launch, but it also aided in long term sales. Businesses have different models of success,  I think Nintendo is better served having a $200 system sell 60 million than a $300 system sell 20 million. Especially if they can convert people to paid online like Sony and Microsoft have done.
