Yea i never understood the holiday releases for consoles.
This March seems perfect. They get the initial flood of people who need the next best thing, the die hard fansthe initial hype of something new, ect.
Those things will carry it to the holiday season, and then you get the holiday boost, and big holiday games, ect.
Come the following year you have a solid base to spread word of mouth and with a game or two or even a small price cut a year after launch and you are off to a good start, imo
Launching in Nov means you are mixing intial launch boost with holiday boost, and launch games with holiday games, ect. Then come Jan you have a dry spell for games cause all the games launched holiday.
