They are saying right now - that price is too high. When it goes lower, people will re-evaluate. Also the $80 price drop from the 3ds isn't a good example. You can tell Nintendo didn't plan that. That was an emergency.. That is why they tried to placate people by giving away a lot of "free" VC games. It wasn't a planned price drop. |
Agreed. The 3DS price drop was never part of the equation. Nintendo needed to cut the price to stay afloat. It was more an act of desperation.
