Will Switch have StreetPass or Achievements?

These are the two features that I'm interested in knowing about. I loved the StreetPass feature of 3DS until stores stopped giving them to me. A universal Achievement system would also really draw me into playing the games. It would be a new and fresh board. Everybody starts at zero.
