So all the people jumping all over CNN might want to ask Mr. Trump if he was either lying about this not being mentioned or not paying attention to the report. 

Trump even tweeted that "the intelligence agencies should never have allowed this leak to happen"

So this seems to be what was in the report. It's just that it's unverified. Not fake.
It's only fake if it gets debunked.

According to the dossier the hotels he was staying were full of cameras and microphones. I'm sure that it was recorded. Its just a matter of waiting until either Trump angers Putin or someone from the hotel "leaks" the footage to the highest bidder.
