Well, they obviously would have to play around with some assets to make it look different and don't follow the exact storyline, but at least the whole work wouldn't be lost.

I think the amount of effort you'd have to put in revoking it, you might as well go do something else. You would just be wasting time trying to change the original vision, just to find some dumb workaround which doesn't necessarily have to work, with a different name. At that point, you can't even say it's Scalebound originally.

All I can see from this idea is throwing money around for no reason.
