Karma is being a bi*** to Sweden?

Sweden was one of the world superpowers (if you can call them that hundreds of years ago) at it's prime, but their overseas coloniasation politics ended up failing miserably, eventually ending up colonialising only Finland - until Russia conquered it from Sweden.

Then why should Swedes take the fall for everything the Vikings did collectively? I mean, the Norwegians were vikings too, but they ended up discovering a massive oil deposit, so they're rich now. That doesn't sound like karma to me.

Well, firstly I believe the OP is done tongue in cheek. Secondly, you may not get the joke (satire) unless you know what's going on around here.

This is something that some people are seriously suggesting. Sweden is a country that's been hit the worst by problems with immigrants, and the multiculture-anarchists are putting all the blame on swedes themselves. However, if it was Finland in question, the same people would put the blame on Finns, if was Germany, the same people would put the blame on those little Hitlers (sorry, or is ts said "Germs"). 

Maybe the best I've seen so far, is that the Finns are to blame, because the ships used to ship slaves from Africa to Europe had Finnish tar on them. This actually was someone being serious on a paper.
