You might be right... When was the last true Xbox One exclusive revealed? I'm not even talking about complete(not coming to PC) exclusive, just console exclusive? Dead Rising 4 is timed. Rise of Tomb Raider was timed. Sea of Thieves is probably the last true exclusive to be revealed for Xbox One and that is first party. It seems Microsoft have been rolling back spending on the marketing rights and exclusivity in the last 18 months or so. They would have sunken millions into Scalebound, this was obviously not a cheap game to create considering Gears of War Judgement cost 60 million to make years ago.
