You're forgetting that "milestones" are set upon agreeing the contract forged by both. 

Game development is a business... not candy give away like Slade's a**.

Also, Microsoft greenlit games that were in bad shape recently, that says a lot about Scalebound development.

We don't actually know that but I'm sure some truth will come out. Until then people can defend away, I'm intrigued by what went down!
