People have said this tons but I'll just say it again, with the Switch being the only console Nintendo has to worry about, we're gonna see more 1st party stuff, so 3rd party will be a bit less necessary (still necessary of course, but it won't be as dire as the Wii U situation where no third party games were coming out AND 1st party was sorely lacking from about a month after launch to a year and a half after launch when MK8 released).
